You are Joseph, the Joseph you see in your mind, the blueprint. Wall or walls are the divisions between your various personalities, and also represent the times of incarnations. Sometimes you can see over the wall, sometimes it is 1 wall, and sometimes it is many. To the (wl no) whole Joseph there is no wall, but unity. I will call you Joseph.

(This message referred to an experience Jane and I had consciously forgotten. Many months ago, Jane and a friend had succeeded in putting me into a trance state. While in this state, I had repeated visions of a man, an aged man in robes, standing before an ancient wall. At times I could see over the top of this wall, made of vine-covered stones; at other times it was honeycombed and complex; and at other times it was so tall that I could not see over it. The mental data were very vivid, and in full color.

[...] Part of her consciousness was at an elevated spot on the wall in back of me. Actually the wall didn’t exist, Jane said, merely this dot or spot of consciousness in back of me. [...]

[...] She thought the chair was several feet to her own right, closer to our wall-to-ceiling bookcase. [...]

[...] (Pause.) A long wall without windows is in it. Adjacent to this wall, a wall with a door. Opposite the long wall, a wall with several windows. The walls of a grayish color.

[...] With a young agile man, I’d climbed up the rough outside red brick wall of an apartment house—several stories up, at least, and climbed in through a window into my own apartment. [...] I had been a little nervous about the climb up the sheer wall, but had managed it okay. [...] Now, I refused to go back out the window and down the wall, like a fly or an animal might. [...] With the other, and his feet, he was to maneuver his way back down the wall, with only a white rope as an aid, until he reached the street. [...]

3. Yes, I learned from several reference works containing photographs, drawings, and maps, Jerusalem before A.D. 50 had been walled in. [...] Aerial photos show that now, at least, there’s more than one southeastern corner of the city formed as the battlemented, meandering southern wall turns north in a series of steps or right angles. (This afternoon I had delivered to our landlord’s supper club, here in Elmira, four large oil paintings which we mounted on the club walls. [...] I plan to use his rather spacious walls as a hanging space for my work, rotating the exhibits periodically.

This morning I tried to rough-in a small oil painting of myself standing before one of those walls of crystal color I’d seen in the dream. [...] I’d anticipated the failure to some extent: With mere oil paint I just couldn’t match the iridescence of that dream wall of light and color. [...]

[...] As I waited to go next I turned to look out the front windows—and suddenly found myself surrounded on three sides by walls of the most beautiful floor-to-ceiling, intricate and colorful latticework of diamond-shaped glass crystals I could possibly imagine. I cannot describe the intrinsic shimmer and sparkle of those faceted walls, shining and vibrating in warm oranges, browns, yellows, reds, and violets. [...]

[...] The morning after this session was held I repainted that still-wet wall of colors I’d struggled with the day before. [...]

[...] So real are the wall constructions of your room that you would freeze in the wintertime without them, yet there is no room and no walls. [...] All is one, as you are one with the apparent walls of the room. [...] The walls are truly transparent to me though I am not sure I would perform, dear Joseph, and Ruburt, for a party demonstration.

Nevertheless to me the walls are transparent. [...]

to decorate our kingdom walls.

[...] The realities merge so walls inside the house did not serve as divisions, and had you followed me you would have seen that passing through one wall would not lead you to a room on the other side, but to numberless rooms within the wall.

Now the walls within the rooms could be compared to your physical time, each wall a moment as you think of it. [...]

Now I ask you, what would Bega be doing on the wall?

[...] Our walls are white, so we could see fairly well once our eyes were adjusted.

As I have said that the walls of your house do not actually exist as such, so the divisions that you have placed within the spacious present do not exist. But as the walls of your house are experienced by your outer senses, and serve to protect you against other camouflage materializations, even those of wind and rain and cold, so do the walls of past, present and future, erected by you as a different kind of camouflage pattern, protect you from inner forces and realities with which you are not as yet equipped to deal.

[...] There is more I will say later along these lines, but your experience with psychological time will to some degree help you to see through the walls of past and future. [...]

The tree on Jane’s kitchen wall is very nice, and it is also significant as far as your opening up is concerned. I cannot say that Ruburt would go mad over a painting on a kitchen wall, or anything else on a kitchen wall, but then Jane is a different Ruburt all over again.

(Yesterday Jane remarked that she had always wanted a drawing done on our kitchen wall. [...] The tree appears to have a floating quality on the light yellow wall, especially at night, and has added a new dimension to the room.)

[...] Your psychic state of nervousness, fear, lack of confidence and lack of focus as far as utilizing your artistic abilities were concerned, began to build up like many encircling walls. [...]

Ruburt, on one occasion, created a window thought-form on the blank wall through which he actually flew, simply because he held fears and could not imagine going through a solid wall. [...]

The framework is only for convenience, as your walls are for your convenience as I mentioned earlier. The walls are not there as such, but you had better act as if they were or suffer a possible broken neck. [...]

[...] If this were the case your walls would fall away, since intellectually you understand their rather dubious nature. [...]
