In this particular season, the electrical potentials are highly charged. The thrust and potential of growing things creates an overexuberance, you might say, saturating your atmosphere and changing the ionic charges both of the ground itself and the atmosphere extending upward.

There is a preponderance of negative ions followed by an opposite effect that occurs with great rapidity immediately following sunset. On occasion there is an oversaturation that amounts to an extra envelope of atmospheric vibrations. This can persist on occasion until the following dawn.

Physically, you have storm conditions, but for our session purposes the atmosphere is highly unstable and not reliable. It places me, though not Ruburt, under additional pressure. Such circumstances occur infrequently. They can cause accidents, within your system, sudden and not always advantageous. Sometimes mass alterations of mood and the exhaustion of energies.

The inner state of each individual mind is projected outward. The inner state causes chemical changes in the physical body. Chemicals are thrown outward into the atmosphere. Hormones are released of particular varieties. Very definite and unique electrical changes occur in the skin, which change on a mass level the atmosphere at any given unit.

The process is constant. The weather causes psychic activities, to some extent assassinations and accidents. On the other hand, the atmosphere was originally mental and the weather originates from this mental level.

Her eyes wouldn’t open, etc. Peg said that the atmosphere bit fits perfectly and that she and Bill had suspected a couple of the points already.
